July 19th, 2014 - Carrier Jr. Competes with LOLMDS in Kansas & Nebraska
Eddie Carrier Jr. continued his busy schedule on Tuesday with a trip to Lakeside Speedway (Kansas City, Kansas) for a $10,000-to-win event at the 1/2 mile oval. With thirty-one Super Late Models in competition Carrier Jr. used a heat race win to lock into the outside-front-row starting spot in the finale alongside Scott Bloomquist. During the course of the 50 lap feature Eddie battled amongst the top five for much of the event before settling into a sixth place finish in the final rundown.

Friday evening found the team competing at I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska) as they took part in the 4th Annual Silver Dollar Nationals, which posted a $30,000 top prize. With double heat races being used to determine the lineup Eddie finished second and third to earn the seventh starting spot for the 80 lap finale on Saturday night. In the feature Carrier Jr. raced in the top ten for much of the event before settling to an eleventh place finish.

July 12th, 2014 - Eddie Carrier Jr. Back in Action with LOLMDS
Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) competition took Eddie Carrier Jr. and the Grover Motorsports team to Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois) on Friday night for a $10,000-to-win program.

With thirty-seven Super Late Models on hand Eddie finished second in his heat race to lock into the sixth starting spot for the 50 lap feature. Carrier Jr. was battling amongst the top ten in the finale when a terminal failure brought his night to an early end, resulting in a 22nd place finish.

Saturday night found the team at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for the $10,000-to-win, 8th Annual Diamond Nationals at the 3/8 mile oval. Forty-one entries registered for battle, and struggles in preliminary action forced Eddie to utilize a series provisional to lock into the 23rd starting spot for the main event. During the course of the 50 lap feature Carrier Jr. progressively worked his way forward to record a seventeenth place finish in the final rundown.

July 5th, 2014 - Eddie Carrier Jr. Enters Four Day Stretch with LOLMDS
After a much needed week away from the track, Eddie Carrier Jr. and Grover Motorsports resumed action with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series on Wednesday night at Roaring Know Motorsports Complex (Markleysburg, Pennsylvania). Thirty-seven Super Late Model entered the $10,000-to-win program, and with a second place finish in heat race action Eddie locked into the fifth starting spot for the 50 lap finale. Thirty-three entries filled the pit area on Thursday evening at Muskingum County Speedway (Zanesville, Ohio) for a $10,000-to-win event at the 3/8 mile oval. Carrier Jr. started second in his heat race and went on to win it, earning him the third starting position on the feature grid. During the course of the 50 lap main event Eddie raced just inside the top five and ultimately finished fourth behind race winner, Jimmy Owens, Rick Eckert, and Don O'Neal.

Friday night saw action shifting to familiar territory for Eddie Carrier Jr. as the tour invaded Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) for the annual Independence 50. The $10,000-to-win program drew a field of thirty-three entries to the historic oval, and Eddie used a second place finish in heat race action to lock into the fifth starting spot on the feature grid. In the 50 lap finale Carrier Jr. battled around the top five for much of the event before settling to an eighth place finish in the final rundown.

The weekend drew to a close on Saturday night at 201 Speedway (Sitka, Kentucky) as the LOLMDS tour made their first ever visit to the Eastern Kentucky oval. Thirty-four Super Late Models filled the pit area, and Carrier Jr. charged to a heat race win to lock into the outside-front-row starting spot alongside Tim Dohm for the feature. Carrier Jr. assumed the point from the start of the race and looked to be on his way to his second victory of the season. Third starting Don O'Neal slowly began to close the gap on Carrier Jr. as the laps wound down. The caution waved on lap 44, and on the restart Carrier Jr., O'Neal, and Jimmy Owens went three-wide into turn one for the top spot. Owens came out on top with Carrier Jr. getting shuffled back to third. Owens led the final five laps for the victory with O'Neal finishing second and Carrier Jr. third. John Blankenship and Jackie Boggs rounded out the top five finishers.
