September 27th, 2014 - Carrier Jr. Competes in Knoxville Late Model Nationals
Eddie Carrier Jr. opened the 11th Annual Lucas Oil Knoxville Late Model Nationals on Thursday evening at Knoxville Raceway (Knoxville, Iowa) with a $7,000-to-win, preliminary event that drew seventy-nine entries to the legendary, 1/2 mile oval.

Eddie posted the fastest lap in his group during time trials, and with the top eight cars being inverted for heat race action, Carrier Jr. started eighth in his heat race before advancing to a third place finish. As a result he started eighth on the feature grid, and battled amongst the top ten throughout the race, ultimately crossing the finish line in eighth.

Friday night found another $7,000-to-win program being held as part of the mega-event, and via time trials Eddie started sixth in his heat race before racing to fourth place finish, sending him to a b-main. He started sixth in the b-main but faded to an eight place finish, failing to reach a transfer position and bringing his night to an early end.

Via his preliminary night performances Eddie started seventh on the grid for Saturday evening's 100 lap, $40,000-to-win finale at the 1/2 mile oval. Carrier Jr. raced in the top ten early on before the handle on his #28 entry began to fade and he slide back to a seventeenth place finish in the final rundown.

September 20th, 2014 - Carrier Jr. Tackles Brownstown Speedway
Eddie Carrier Jr. participated in a single event over the weekend with a trip to the historic Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) for the 35th Annual Jackson 100 with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS).

The $20,000-to-win event drew a field of forty-seven entries to the 1/4 mile oval. In preliminary action on Friday night, Eddie qualified seventh in Group B of time trials to lock into the fourth starting spot for his heat race on Saturday night.

When action got underway on Saturday, Carrier Jr. slipped to a fifth place finish in his heat race which left him one spot short of the transfer. As a result he would have to run a b-main where he finished second to Jason Hughes, earning him the 20th starting spot on the feature grid. During the course of the 100 lap finale, Carrier Jr. advanced to a sixteenth place finish in the final rundown.

September 6th, 2014 - Eddie Carrier Jr. Competes in 44th Annual World 100

Festivities began on Thursday night with 117 cars in the pit area as the field was divided into a pair of $5,000-to-win events. He earned the pole position for his heat race via qualifications, and went on to race to a second place finish to lock into the 25 lap, preliminary feature in the eleventh starting spot. Carrier Jr. raced around the top ten early on before slipping to an eighteenth place finish in the final rundown.

Friday's program again found the field divided into a pair of $5,000-to-win races, and after qualifying 35th fastest he started second in his heat race before charging to the win, which positioned him starting on the pole for the 25 lap finale. Carrier Jr. once again faded throughout the race, ultimately crossing the finish in the eighth position.

The weekend drew to a close on Saturday evening with the final night of the crown jewel. With heat race line-ups being determined by a driver's performance on the preliminary nights Eddie started on the pole of his heat race and finished second to transfer to the twelfth starting spot for the 100 lap finale. Unfortunately, a broken driveshaft brought his night a disappointing early end, resulting in a 31st place finish.
