July 30th, 2016 - ECJ Suffers Broken Arm in Scary Wreck at Atomic Speedway
1Running with the Short Track Auto Racing Series (STARS), Eddie Carrier Jr. and Jake Keaton Racing invaded Atomic Speedway (Alma, Ohio) on Wednesday for the Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week event. After timing in the fastest in his group, Carrier Jr. scored a 2nd place finish in his heat giving him a 6th place starting spot for the $3,000-to-win feature. Holding his position for all 30-laps, Eddie posted a 6th place outing.

After Brushcreek Motorsports Complex (Peebles, Ohio) rained out on Friday night, Carrier Jr. returned to Atomic Speedway (Alma, Ohio) on Saturday night for another round of the Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week. After making hard impact with the wall in hot-laps, Eddie’s night was over after being sent to the hospital with a broken arm.

July 16th, 2016 - Carrier JR. Visits Atomic for Bob Crace Sr. Memorial
Behind the wheel of Jake Keaton’s #10 Super Late Model, Eddie Carrier Jr. headed to Atomic Speedway (Alma, Ohio) on Saturday night for the unsanctioned program. In a field of twenty-three cars for the Bob Crace Sr. Memorial, Carrier Jr. stormed to heat race win locking his spot into the $3,023-to-win A-Main. After pulling in during the warm-up laps of the feature, Eddie made it out in time to start on the tail of the field. Working his way up six spots, Eddie Carrier Jr. registered a 14th place finish. July 3rd, 2016 - ECJ Posts a Pair of Top Five Finishes Over the Weekend
1Kicking off the busy 4th of July weekend, Eddie Carrier Jr. visited 201 Speedway (Sitka, Kentucky) on Friday night piloting Jake Keaton’s Rocket for the unsanctioned Bob Miller Memorial. Drawing twenty-six cars for the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Carrier Jr. found himself in a podium spot at the end of the 50-lapper. Working his way up to 3rd place finish, Eddie trailed Jackie Boggs and Greg Johnson across the finish line with Tim Dohm and James Williamson rounding out the top five.

1The next night Carrier Jr. followed the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) to Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) for the Independence 60. Transferring the top four out of the heats, Eddie edged his way into the $12,000-to-win A-Main with a 4th place heat finish. Starting in 13th, Eddie Carrier Jr. improved six positions in the 60-lap affair registering a 7th place finish.

Closing out the weekend, Eddie stopped at to Muskingum County Speedway (Zanesville, Ohio) on Sunday for the LOLMDS sanctioned Lumi-Lite Candle 60. Falling one position short of a transfer spot in his heat with a 5th place finish, Carrier Jr. logged a 6th place spot in his B-Main setting him up with a 22nd place starting spot for the feature. Holding his position for all 60-laps, Eddie Carrier Jr. retired a 22nd place outing.
