September 29, 2018 - 11th Place Finish in Night Two of Outlaw Invasion at Atomic
1On Friday night Eddie Carrier Jr. traveled to Atomic Speedway (Alma, Ohio) for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series sanctioned Outlaw Invasion. Drawing 35 cars for the two-day event, Eddie locked his spot into the opening night feature with a 3rd place finish in his heat. With $8,000 on the line, Carrier Jr. dropped three spots in the 40-lapper to place 14th.

1Returning on Saturday night, Carrier Jr. jumped up two spots in his recording a 5th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main, Eddie cruised to a 10-lap consolation victory positioning him 18th on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win finale. September 23, 2018 - ECJ Visits Brownstown Speedway for Jackson 100
1Eddie Carrier Jr. was one of 40 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries signed in at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) on Friday night for the 39th annual Jackson 100. Registering the ninth fastest time in his qualifying group, Carrier Jr. earned the 5th-starting position for his heat on Saturday.

With Mother Nature postponing Saturday’s program to Sunday afternoon, Eddie recorded an 8th place outing giving him one more shot at the $20,000-to-win main event with a B-Main appearance. Needing to place in the Top 3, Carrier Jr. came up one spot short with a 4th place finish.

September 15, 2018 - Carrier Jr. Captures First Career Victory at Richmond Raceway; Wins Butterball Woolridge Memorial
1Friday night saw Eddie Carrier Jr. in action at Lake Cumberland Speedway (Burnside, Kentucky) kicking off the Schaeffer’s Oil Iron-Man Series doubleheader. Drawing 30 Super Late Models for the Fall Fest 40, Eddie locked his spot into the opening night feature with a heat race victory. Starting in 3rd, Carrier Jr. held his spot for all 40-laps registering a 3rd place finish behind Victor Lee and Michael Chilton with Jason Jameson and Derek Fisher rounding out the Top-5.

1On Saturday night Carrier Jr. traveled to Richmond Raceway (Richmond, Kentucky) for the 21st annual Butterball Woolridge Memorial. After laying down the fastest time in his qualifying group, Eddie posted a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Victor Lee positioning him 6th on the starting grid for the A-Main. Outrunning 2nd-starting Victor Lee, Eddie Carrier Jr. topped Lee, Zack Dohm, Jason Jameson, and Billy Moyer Jr. at the line capturing his sixth win of the season and a $10,059 payday. September 2, 2018 - ECJ Wins Rain-Shortened John Bradshaw Memorial at Ponderosa
1On Friday night Eddie Carrier Jr. returned with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) at Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Kentucky) for the 14th annual John Bradshaw Memorial. Following the second fastest time behind Kyle Bronson in qualifying, Carrier Jr. cruised to a 10-lap heat race victory positioning him 2nd on the starting grid for the opening night feature. With rain threatening as the field went green, Eddie jumped out to an early lead until Earl Pearson Jr. slipped by on lap six. Reeling in Pearson Jr. on the highside, Carrier Jr. overtook Earl on lap-27 and held the top spot for the next three circuits when race officials called the race due to Mother Nature. Pocketing a $12,000 payday, Eddie Carrier Jr. topped Pearson Jr., Josh Richards, Jonathan Davenport, and Jared Hawkins in the 30-lapper to pick up his fifth win of the season. (Heath Lawson photos)

1The following night at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) for the Bob Miller Memorial, Eddie posted a 3rd place finish in his heat race earning him the 10th-starting position for the A-Main. With $12,000 on the line, Carrier Jr. dropped one spot in the 50-lap affair to place 12th.

1Sunday night brought 42 LOLMDS entries to Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, West Virginia) for the 50th annual Hillbilly 100. Coming in 7th in his heat, Carrier Jr. transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the $50,000-to-win finale. Needing to place in the Top 3, Eddie Carrier Jr. fell one spot short with a 4th place finish.
